Violet Rainwater is an award-winning financial service professional and the visionary behind the ALIVE Method, a groundbreaking framework designed to transform the modern workplace. Despite her outward success, Violet’s journey was anything but easy.
Born as Violetta Yurivnya Igolnikov, her early years were marked by adversity, poverty, and neglect. As a Russian child immigrant during the Cold War, she learned the value of resilience and tenacity, dreaming of a better life and relentlessly pursuing it.
At the age of 25 she was a top sales professional breaking records nationwide. However, no matter what level of success Violet achieved, there was always an emptiness inside. A constant inner struggle that kept her a prisoner in her own mind.
After 15 years of operating in survival mode she had a mental collapse. It took her losing everything to discover the most important thing: The need to break free of the struggle that was wired within her. Violet dove head first into years of research on neuroscience, epigenetics and human potentiality that led her to create her innovative framework, “The Alive Method”.
Violet’s mission is to equip the modern workplace with an innovative burnout prevention toolkit, empowering teams to thrive in high-pressure environments while sustaining peak performance.
In her free time she enjoys a hot yoga flow, dancing to 80’s music, red meat and spending time with her children – but only after coffee.
