Today, we have the privilege of welcoming a speaker, Violet Rainwater, whose name is not only remarkable – who has a name like that? Violet Rainwater. But who also has a remarkable life story. One that is a testament of resilience, innovation, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. From the humble beginnings of a child immigrant who discovered her passion for entrepreneurship at a young age, to becoming a top sales producer in the competitive financial services industry, she has shattered ceilings and defied expectations at every turn.

Despite her achievements, Violets battled intense anxiety that left her feeling restless and constantly on edge. For 15 years, she was a top producer, but inside, she was barely holding it together.

Through unexpectedly harsh circumstances she learned the invisible forces that shape each of our successes and setbacks.
