Built For Your Teams
How to Engage, Motivate, and Retain Top Talent in the New Workplace
Five generations now share your break room, your job sites, your locations, each one carrying a different definition of a good job. Most franchise leaders respond by trying to manage the differences. This keynote does something else: it gives every person on the team, regardless of generation or title, the exact same starting point.
Built on the One Year Later Framework and the Brain Map, Elevate to Dominate teaches self-ownership and self-leadership as skills anyone can learn, not traits some people are born with. When your team understands how much agency they actually have, over their state, their attitude, their day, engagement stops being something you have to manufacture. It becomes the default.
Three transformational outcomes, built specifically for franchise organizations.
OWN
THEIR ROLE
Give every person on your team the self-leadership skills to take ownership of their state, their performance, and their growth, instead of waiting to be managed.
UNITE
THE TEAM
Give managers and frontline staff a shared language for performance and pressure, so every location operates like one culture instead of a hundred different ones.
RETAIN
TOP TALENT
Turn engagement into retention. When people feel ownership and connection to the team, they stop looking for the exit.

Meet Violet
I spent fifteen years running at full speed inside one of the most demanding industries on earth. Rookie of the Year. Nine-time Million Dollar Round Table qualifier. Teaching sales to new hires before I turned thirty. From the outside, it looked like drive. It looked like a strong work ethic.
It was survival mode.
I was regulating nothing and reacting to everything, and the people I led felt it too, even when I thought I was hiding it well. Then it caught up with me. One decision, made from survival mode, cost me everything I had built.
That collapse is what led me to build the One Year Later Framework, and the Brain Map that goes with it: a way to recognize the state you're leading from, and change it on purpose, before it changes your team for you. It's the same tool I now bring to franchise teams who are tired of watching their best people burn out or walk out the door.
